My liver is unhappy and now there's evidence to prove it. Why did I ask for a full work up? I've had blood work run twice and the results are the same. High ALT levels. Now for more tests.
I admit to drinking more than usual the last few months. I enjoy wine with my meal and wine with my book. I guess its problematic. Now I've found a few cocktails that I enjoy drinking and so they too are creeping into my evening activities.
I guess I'm going to stop drinking so often. All together? Unlikely. One glass of red wine a night shouldn't be a problem but I guess I'm going to have to cool it until its established that I do or do not have a health problem on my hands.
Now I've got CSS's lyrics in my head, "do you wanna drink some alcohol?"
