The neighbors cat will stop at nothing to taunt our kids! Not only does she dance around the fence line waving her tail about to rile up the kids but she will poke her head through the fence at them and then of course swat at them, sit on top of the compost bin at the corner of the gate and stare upside down from it at them, sit on top of the fence and hiss at them and finally sit in a tree at the fence line and flaunt her presence. She is the devil and Star will not tolerate her shit. Let's face it. She's a badass. (sort of)Yesterday Star climbed the chain link fence and almost made it over to teach that cat a lesson. This morning she found a small gap in the chain link and got her head stuck in it trying to escape our yard. She started screaming (you never want to hear a Basenji scream) until I freed her. Of course that didn't stop her from trying to attack the cat. Luckily I was able to catch her and trap her inside the house.
This cat will not survive if Star doesn't find a new home soon and I'm sure Star will end up in the ER as well. It's not like the cat is declawed. (not that it should be)
Another cattastic day at the Vela Villa.
