Every time I see my primary physician I swear he gets more handsome. It's ridiculous than men become better looking and distinguished with age. He's probably only 42 or so but wow, he's hot.
After I close my mouth and stop staring at him in a longing way we begin discussing my health and possibilities. I tell him about my family history and how Jocko had all these tests run that I have and the ones he orders. He doesn't seem baffled by this fact but I'm still thinking that we've been poisoned by some unknown source. I'm not going to turn into a zombie who's convinced there's a government conspiracy to kill me with lead. I'll let it go.
The doctor felt me up, I mean examined me and didn't find anything extraordinary or abnormal. He didn't think he would and doesn't think that anything is really wrong with me.
He ordered a thyroid test, pancreatic amylase test and then I'm having a liver ultrasound to verify that there isn't any hidden necrosis or disease as a precaution. If nothing is definitive then we'll retest my blood in another month to monitor the altered enzymes in hopes that they're leveling out and monitor my over all health as well to assure there are no other changes.
I assume I'll get lab results in a few days and I've got to schedule my liver ultrasound. I hope they print me out a picture.
Other stuff-
I'm watching the olympics and loving it. I can't get enough. Badminton is such a hilarious/genius sport. I have a net. We should play.
I'm having a pampered chef party. Weird, I know. They have several products that I love. I really am looking forward to accumulating more of them. September 13th. Noon. My place or Annie's, I'm not sure.
